The Ashford Allotment Society had a great day at the Pilgrims Hospice Fete on Saturday and sold a range of fantastic produce from our allotments .
The total made was £209.40 which far exceeds all previous totals for this worthy cause.
It was a lovely warm and sunny day and this helped bring in the crowds.
Thank you to all who donated produce from the amazing jams from the Youngs to fantastic tomatoes, beans courgettes,potatoes, onions ,chard ,spinach cucumbers and brassicas from Repton,Cryol,Musgrove ,Bybrook ,Westrees and Henwood and Burton sites .
I hope we will be able to match or exceed this great result again next year .
